Reservations
Cancellation policies vary at each Hotel. Please review hotel’s cancellation Policy.If your reservation is not guaranteed with a credit card and you do not arrive by the hotel’s specified cancellation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled. The room may be given to another guest without any further obligation. You may guarantee a room for late arrival if arriving past hotel’s cancellation time using a valid American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover credit card. If you fail to arrive or do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s specified cancellation time, the hotel may bill you for one night’s room charge plus tax and/or surcharges depending on the hotel’s policy. When the hotels require a deposit for a reservation made more than 14 days in advance for special events or other reasons, the standard amount required shall be the rate of one night’s room charge plus tax regardless of your intended length of stay, unless specified by the hotel. For groups, (10 or more rooms) the deposit is the total of one night’s room charge plus tax for each group room reserved regardless of the length of stay. The group must send the deposit according to hotel’s specified time. For additional terms and conditions please contact the hotels directly.
